Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Scoot made the decision to ferry two of their A320 Aircraft for storage at Alice Springs Airport in the middle of the red, Australian outback.
The dry climate allows for long-term storage with minimal corrosion. Something that the Singapore flight base has difficulty with due to heat and humidity. It simply cannot afford to leave the planes in Changi Airport to rust.
The event consists of 2 parts where you will be required to replicate one of these ferry flights, Flight TR7003.
Part 1 will see you starting in Singapore Changi (WSSS) where you will fly direct to Darwin International/RAAF (YPDN) for customs checks.
Part 2 of the event will see you operating the flight from Darwin International (YPDN) to It's final destination of Alice Springs Airport. (YBAS)
Details of the real flights can be found here:

Part 2: https://flightaware.com/live/flight/TGW7003/history/20200404/2110Z/YPDN/YBAS
Pilots who complete the event will receive the Alice award on their pilot profile.
The flights in the schedule system are TGW7003A and TGW7003B. The aircraft registration for the real flights used was 9V-TAU but when planning your flights you may choose any Scoot Virtual A320 registration. No passengers are to be carried on the flights.
The event starts on the 27/7/2020 and will close on the 31/12/2020. The closing date may be extended depending on the circumstances of the Covid crisis.
